Nice place nice workers but the waits of 40 minutes just waiting in the waiting area is kinda a long time. Specially there wasn't a lot of people there and being there at 8am
I ended up having to reschedule because my kid was impatient.

Months and months of waiting for contact prescription. Kindly asked for them to notify me with updates but it was radio silent. The hours where they ARE available are a complete joke because the line is most likely busy and you can’t leave a message because the mail box is always full. Come to find out my order had not even been placed after all this time. Do better ?

I am disappointed with Acuity Eye Group in Brawley California due to a recent incident involving my mother's eye appointment. Despite confirming her appointment twice previously, including asking for her personal details such as full name and DOB just yesterday, we received a call today as we are driving her there, saying it needed to be cancelled since Doctor Scott does not attend people older than 80; something both handled poorly internally within company premises showing lack of care towards aged individuals. Very Disappointed Care Giver.

Waited months for a response after trying to book an appointment for cornea measurements for contact lenses as ophthalmologist told me I needed to do on my last visit. Called recently and they informed me that they only take appointments for patients that have worn contacts for 3 years or more. Wasted my time in trying to set up an appointment after the ophthalmologist said they would.
