Charged me an additional $235 to file an annual report, with no opt out possible. Paid for express service and never received the EIN after nearly 8 months. Do not use this business. On top of that, they do not answer the phone when you call them.

They do not do work without pre-authorizing credit cards, which is a backwards way of doing things, and they wasted my time. I wanted to get this done and they were not there for me. With so many ways to pay online these days, they are just backwards. If you are into that, they will likely provide a good enough service, ut I chose not to go with them.
