We started using Action Edge Business Coaching in 2016 in the midst of a critical time in our business. We were moving in to a larger facility at a very busy time of year and adding more team members. We thought it was not a good time, but I am so please we committed to it. It is nice to have an opinion from an outside view and the experience has been life changing. I always thought that our business what such an odd one with the tight timelines and it always felt chaotic. Simple process, daily huddles and sticking to them made the world of difference. Always wanted a coach but always talked myself out of it.... until I got a call from my mom saying she had lung cancer. This call made me act on something that I already had in my RAS. I knew I needed to find a way to get my business to run without me (and not to have the worry of it while I am away). After the call from my mom - I emailed ActionEdge as I knew it was time. I wanted to be able to assist her when she needed me. I am currently in Manitoba helping my mom while she rebuilds her strength after surgery. My team is on board and fully focused on what needs to be done in my absence. Jarrod helped us set up systems, helped me find the perfect leverage with understanding the DISC profile, and literally have the team on point as to what needs to be done while I am away.
