It's obvious to someone with absolutely no experience or training in building inspections that when compared to similar buildings, the south tower was obviously having major issues. So many chunks or concrete missing from balconies, alot of discoloration. I hope the owners are charged with negligence, manslaughter or murder.

Please use caution with your words and stars. ACR Solutions are obvious an agency hired by people who either own condos or homes that they want to rent out.
This company you are trashing, I don't believe are building inspectors. You're also reviewing a complex called Champlain East. It absolutely needs a major current inspection. Too many souls were taken and traumatized at Chaplain South; quit hate, get answers and support change.
