Our experience with Accurate Financial Services was disappointing. We were initially quoted an all-inclusive fee, but were later charged more to due to the more time spent to fix her own mistakes? This unexpected change felt misleading and felt like a bait and switch.

Even more concerning were the multiple significant errors in our tax filings—issues that could have cost us thousands of dollars if we hadn’t caught them ourselves - "The initial tax returns failed to properly account for long-term capital gains, which would have cost us thousands of dollars had we not caught the mistake ourselves." For a business that promotes accuracy and professionalism, the lack of attention to detail was surprising and frustrating. We’re sharing this feedback in hopes that it encourages greater care and accountability moving forward.

Katja is prompt, patient and comprehensive. Everything you could want in an accountant. When I inquired about her assistance in completing my tax return she responded to me quickly and we set up an appointment. She was flexible when my work schedule necessitated me rescheduling our appointment. Her office is small, but welcoming and she is quick to provide an estimate of your tax liability as well as advice and assistance in completing your taxes. I received my refund and invoice quickly as well. She was easy and quick to communicate with throughout the whole process. Would come back to her again in 2018.

This company must be feeding their representatives something off. I have received several calls from this company (on a number that is listed with the National Do Not Call List) and the young men to whom the automated screen sends callers are sniffy and clearly unable to answer questions. Their oft repeated question is "So, do you need financial assistance?" Any question from the call recipient is answered with that phrase as if questioning them is a personal offense. This tends to be the approach of many fly-by-night penny stock shops and con artists. Don't get sucked in by the arrogance.
