I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience working with Teresa! From the very beginning, she has been an incredible source of positivity, encouragement, and support on my journey to become alcohol free. With her guidance, it felt possible every step of the way. She is such a happy and compassionate listener, always making me feel heard without judgment. Her genuine belief in my ability to succeed kept me motivated, even during the toughest moments. What truly sets her apart is her unwavering encouragement. She celebrated every small victory with me, and her positive attitude was contagious. With her by my side, I not only managed to quit alcohol, but I also gained a renewed sense of self-worth and confidence. If you're looking for someone who will cheer you on with all her heart, listen deeply, and guide you to lasting change, I wholeheartedly recommend Teresa. She's truly made a life-changing difference for me!

We asked Teresa to coach a group of SME leaders undergoing a business growth readiness programme. She’s coached them individually for at least 8 hours and ran 4 group coaching sessions. We have had excellent feedback from the group saying the time with Teresa made them see things from a different level, helping them to connect more with their respective businesses. The impact of Teresa’s coaching on the group has been demonstrated; in their ability to address the barriers to innovation, thereby stimulating innovation, manage goal setting more effectively, seeing the bigger picture and creating a winning team to list a few. Many of the group have gone on to book further 1:1 sessions which is a testament to Teresa’s coaching skills and warm personality.

Simply put my 6 weeks of coaching with Teresa were transformative! Teresa’s super power was finding techniques and ways of working that really clicked, maximising the potential of our time together. Even amongst the more challenging topics we covered, Teresa brought light and humour and was constantly evolving her methods of coaching to suit my learning. I hope our paths cross again soon and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the joy and enlightenment Teresa gave me in our sessions together.

It has been a revelation working with Teresa. Working through the strengths mapping exercise helped me clearly identify and, with her coaching, reflect on my key strengths and how to better employ them for my own benefit and the benefit of my company. This has given me more clarity of purpose and direction - I will always be thankful to Teresa for this and would have no hesitation in recommending her to others.

Teresa is a great person and a fantastic coach, her positive demeanour and energy is infectious. She assisted me with my personal development and pushed me to review my choices in life, e.g Work, family and relationships. This gave me better clarity, assertion and better judgement when making decisions to move forward whilst letting go of the past. I would Thoroughly recommend you see Teresa for coaching as it will make a difference to you and your life as it did for me.

I've had lots of great business advice & mentoring over the years but at the start of 2020 I was looking for someone to give me some personal leadership coaching to help me achieve my goals for the months ahead. Teresa provided me with the perfect solution that helped me understand myself better, what self-limiting beliefs might be holding me back & how to regain the clarity & focus I needed to take things to the next level! Her warm, empathic & supportive communication style combined with robust psychology was exactly what I needed & I would highly recommend her to any entrepreneur or business leader who is stuck at a crossroads or just wants to improve upon what they are already doing.

I totally recommend Teresa as a coach, her knowledge, passion and enthusiasm for what she does is amazing. I found the skills and techniques she uses so helpful and insightful into understanding myself and how I work. Teresa is so lovely and so easy to talk to, honestly if you're looking for a coach for your business or personally then look no further.
