First used their services for the 2017 tax season and everything went smoothly. Went back to them for 2018 but my original consultant had left to form his own team - Clukey & Tebault LLC - who I have since returned to for 2019 as Clukey was and remains excellent. The 2018 experience at this establishment was a disaster in every way and we're still dealing with the IRS over mistakes made in that return. Unprofessional and ill-prepared.

Avoid like the plague. Liars and thieves. They have no clue what is going on, no one is in charge. Way too many college students that have no clue what they are doing. Screwed my family out of thousands of dollars. Refused to answer questions and help with anything. Take your money and time elsewhere, these people will steal you blind and make up absurd lies. If you go, make sure you have a lawyer with you to document everything that is going on.
