Rich really helped me out. I am self employed and had a very difficult tax return. I moved from a different state and changed businesses last year. Rich is very knowledgeable and had the answers to every question that I had. I was trying to get a mortgage and it was difficult due to being self employed in Florida for such a short time. Rich quickly met every demand that the mortgage company had of me and steered me in the right direction. If it wasn't for him I wouldn't have qualified for the mortgage and got my house. I would recommend his services to anyone.

Where do I begin, Rich, Judy and family are very unprofessional. Mistakes after mistakes were performed on our taxes. There is almost zero communication. Documents get lost all the time. Wrong forms are filed. I mean we have been through it all with A+. Have had to pay fines because of their mistakes and oversights. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere as their mistakes will continue to haunt you years down the road. I am currently with a new accountant, I am getting a credit after going over my numbers again. Again look elsewhere.

Think twice before taking your business to this firm. My experience was beyond bad! The "head" of the firm, Richardson Williams, was the most unprofessional accountant i have ever encountered. Left countless messages with his secretary for HIM to contact me requiring what i paid HIM for, which in fact he never returned my call. Had to go out of my way to get the information i needed from him. "The wife" also approached me on a very disrespectful way when in reality i didn't do ANY business with her!!! I even asked to make an appointment with Richardson Williams and i wasn't acknowledged. He violated my fiduciary duties to the max!! VERY UNSATISFIED!!!
