Alyssa Sharp was a wonderful guide in helping me make a shift to doing project management in a new industry. She helped me figure out what my strengths and specialties are, advised me in the best ways to brand and market myself, helped keep me focused on actions that would have the most impact for me, and provided a ton of information on how to use LinkedIn marketing and promotional tool. While doing this, she was able to answer many of my other questions about interviewing tactics, and project management practices and procedures in general. Alyssa also has a very positive and encouraging manner, which was a boost, as well. I highly recommend Alyssa for individuals and small businesses who need well informed guidance to navigate growing their skills and promoting their business.

I enrolled in Alyssa Sharp's project leader coaching program and have been very happy with the results I have seen throughout these 12 weeks. Alyssa coached me regularly, with weekly accountability check-ins, an initial workflow analysis, and technical reviews, leading to consistent growth and improvement. We focused on improving various project management techniques, including Agile implementation, SCRUM ceremonies and project documentation. In addition, we worked on improving my workflow and approach to managing dynamic digital and marketing projects with changing team members and multiple stakeholders, managing communication techniques and handling changing priorities while adjusting for changes in timeline, risk and scope creep. I have found myself more confident, assertive and able. I highly recommend Alyssa's program and look forward to continue working with her.
