Lola is an amazing and transformational life coach. I worked with her for 6 months as a coaching client in a really rough period of my life. Lola was able to guide me through tough situations with grace, patience and understanding. I never felt judged and she made space for me to make my own decisions while still holding me accountable to my goals.

I would highly recommend Lola to anyone who is a person dealing with stress, anxiety, confidence and self esteem issues. She is especially talented in working with people with childhood trauma and limiting mindsets.
