LPM is a great company to rent a home from. They're priced reasonable & competitive in the current market. Some are intimidated by a management co, but trust me .. they make every step easy .. from application to move in & beyond - they've got you covered. I love that we can pay online, submit maintenance/repair requests easily with a quick resolve. Always professional & friendly. Recommend!

I want to thank the company Local Hero’s. They came out earlier than expected (Thank You) to service our air conditioner. We called on The Friday before Labor Day weekend. We were sent text that the earliest app would be Tues! 100 + weather was forecast.!! I called Local Hero’s directly instead of through property management. They came out that Sunday!!! Professional& courteous! Thank you again!!!

We had our annual Health and Safety Inspection and Luiz has always been very patient and helpful. When taking pictures, he makes it a point to only include picture regarding the home and nothing else. He also was very thorough when checking all of the health and safety items. Very nice and professional.

I was able to get my door locks changed and a new refrigerator on the same day. The refrigerator was looked at three times and the door changed once but was still not properly functioning. I was irritated and didn’t want to reach out again. But this last maintenance request everything was done, staff polite and everything works.
