Always the longest wait. Business window is rarely open. I've driven all the way here many times only yo give up and drive to thr downtown Turlock branch.

The first time we came here to open a trust account it was very upsetting as they told us basically we needed a lawyer.
The second time we came, we came to see Nancy the financial advisor, ok there are no words as to how absolutely wonderful she was. She went above and beyond. It took a Solid three hours with how complex the trust was and she worked hard for us. She is literally amazing. I wish I could describe how we felt leaving. I just wanted to keep thanking her. She's truly awesome and really made the experience great. So thank you again Nancy.

If you want to spend the rest of your life waiting for customer service.... Bank of America is the place to go. Want to have your account hacked by an inside employee, given empty promises, ...B of A all the way.

You do not deserve 1 star, your waiting time is a lot more than 15 minutes you need to change that to 45 minutes. You always have one regular teller and one merchant tellers available no matter how many people are on the line waiting. You need to go see how Wells Fargo operates their line. It's a shame, you act as if our time doesn't matter.

Bank of America at this location is practising social distancing and all wear the mask. Did not stand in line very long even though went out the door, was the first in line indoors and got what I needed done very fast. I appreciate when businesses care to do the right thing which is social distancing & wearing the mask. Thank you!
