Absolutely the best customer service in the Central Valley. My dad and I run a large orthodontic practice serving hundreds of patients weekly with 3 different locations. Ronin, employees and particularly the owner Jony have saved us many hours and also made sure our office was always Hippa compliant. They are truly are a 5 star business putting the needs of the customers first. We have over 12 separate computer systems, plus 3 remote viewing computers, 2 servers and high quality digital photo's and X-rays equipment which all have to be in sync with our software system. I would highly recommend them to help install, create and manage your computer system. Also did I mention they helped us integrate Mac products with windows software so we get the best of both worlds.

Getting them to do anything, even just a call back, is like pulling teeth. Always made me feel like my business was their lowest priority. Whenever they said they would do something, I just took it with a grain of salt because I knew it likely wouldn’t happen without me having to spend time following up.
