I've been with Aleman and Associates since 1998 by accidentally picking a flyer stuck on my wind shield and i'm glad i did. Carlos and Margarita are the straight forward professional, they will work with you to make sure that everything is under the IRS allowable document to claim. They service is phenomenal, price is very reasonable and i don't think he even raised my fees after all this year.

I would say this not because i want to promote their service, but i want to say they become a professional friend after all this 20years.And you know uncle Sam is not joking when it comes to tax. I will stay with them, Carlos, Margarita and their associates till i retire from work. they are only one who can help me when it come to tax.

Carlos, the tax accountant. is rude. I waited for him for about 3 hours the first time I was there and he had the nerve to rush me out. Also, I came in 2 days before taxes were due and he yelled at me in front of a room full of people telling me what I needed to do instead of bringing me to the back to speak to me. Very unprofessional. He said he couldn’t process my taxes and he also said some more personal things and I told him to please don’t say my business in front of a room full of people. He proceeded to say he can not do my taxes and to go else where. First off, the person making the appointment should have screened the call to see what I needed done before I waisted my time and was talked to like a dog. I have never been so insulted in my life. His receptionist, a young lady, did not apologize for the rudeness either and proceeded that I needed to go elsewhere. So sad, because I was referred to him by an aunt who had seen him for years. I don’t get it. I think he is racist against black people. My aunt is Latin and I am black. From the first day I came in I felt he was racist but gave him the benefit of the doubt because my aunt has been coming here for years. I should’ve trusted my gut. No reason for the rudeness just plain out right racist.
