Sherina Hill is not just a coach; she’s a mom, a wife, a friend, a nurse, a photographer, and so many other wonderful things. It’s these things, this unique sets of titles she merges with her coaching that makes her more than a coach. Sherina has the heart of a mom, the loyalty of a wife, the support of a friend, the compassion of a nurse, and a keen eye for the beauty of life.
I’ve had some one on one coaching from Sherina and I recently completed a 28 week KORE program with her. She has helped me understand myself better, understand the people in my life better, and has totally changed the way I think. I am more happy, grounded, less stressed than I’ve been in years, maybe ever. Life will always have challenges but I feel far better equipped to face them after the work we’ve done together. She’s truly changed my life, and all the relationships in it, for the better.
I’m reminded of an old proverb. Anne Isabella Thackeray Ritchie wrote the saying down in a novel of hers called Mrs. Dymond, published in 1885: “...if you give a man a fish he is hungry again in an hour. If you teach him to catch a fish you do him a good turn.” Sherina didn’t “fix” a problem for me. She taught me how to change the way I think about problems and challenged me to seek new perspectives. I highly recommend Sherina for you, your family, or your business. She is the best!
