I engaged SC Building Design to get our pre-fab garage project going. This included site survey, foundation and plan drawings beyond the basic ones supplied by the building vendor. Further, SCBD was instrumental in keeping our project on schedule by managing the permit filing and environmental inspection. We directly contracted the building and other services, but SCBD took care of the rest and really delivered beyond our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend SC Building Design for any project in the area. When we decide to do an ADU or build a new home, they will be first on our list to call for the job.
