I just want to give a shout out to RN Hugo and RN Cristina for being excellent and efficient at their job. My mother went in for a hip replacement and were amazed at their level of care. Pioneers you need more nurses like them.

Beginning of Oct 2023 appointment Dr zadeh for refills antibiotic , he only provided 30days , if we need refills we have to go again and make unnecessary appointment exposure being around sick patients just because we need refills what going on trying to make money vulnerable patients just because they need refills. This dr. Don't provide refills, why he wants to make us go again for refills if dosent provide refills let me guess is another unnecessary appointment for 30days , born without immune system this dr knows need refills and didn't provide any

Dr Fareed is arguably the best family doctor in the valley, however since joining the PMHD health center, he’s definitely being overbooked. Wait times are easily 2-3hrs +. I’d prefer a lesser quality MD with no waiting!

I tried for 2 hours by phone to speak to my Father with no success. He had surgery and they are currently not accepting visitors. Every time I called I was given the run around. I will not be taking my family here in the future. Very bad service.
