I am currently in this program and it’s horrible they assign you different workers and those workers don’t even communicate with each other make no sense at all what’s so ever. They barely help you the only good thing is they help with deposit and rent for 6 months. Also they help with finding work but it’s only temporarily because some of the companies don’t hire you after the program . I don’t understand how they help you to be self sufficient if anything they are helping you to feel more desperate , hopeless , & useless . Some of the companies that hire you for the program only do it because the paychecks don’t come from their pockets . That’s why they let you go as soon as the program is over . If you are lucky enough you can have a permanent job but will need atleast two more to pay rent on your own to be “self sufficient “

When I went into office front desk admin was very professional, courteas, fast and efficient. Great service.

Now my case worker I believe was a supervisor by the name Mrs Ruffo and from beginning was very arrogant, short, no understanding of complete program guidelines and it's full program assistance details. Very difficult to get her on phone, get questions answered. From about 7 phone calls and messages I only got a response from one call. And was left abandoned to them be denied due to no more funding and funds available.
They're not there to help just to sit and socialize with other coworkers and collect a check. People like that shouldn't be there working, they're not assisting but making company look bad in All ways

I never come to understand why there is such a thing as PCG. Before it was El Cajon, now it is this site. Always disappointing! It just that there are careless caseworkers, horrible accountants (for the payments), and receptionist who hate their job. Seriously, someone should really file a lawsuit against these abusers.
