Our experience with Unlimited Charters for our wedding in October 2024 was a complete disaster from start to finish. We hired them to provide reliable transportation for our guests, but instead, we received a series of delays, lack of communication, and complete disregard for the impact it had on our big day.

Despite sending our itinerary over a week in advance and receiving confirmation, Unlimited Charters’ dispatch team inexplicably claimed they never received it, forcing us to resend it repeatedly just days before the wedding. This lack of organization was only the beginning.

The shuttle, which was supposed to pick up our guests from the hotel, showed up over an hour late. Our guests were stranded, waiting in the heat, unsure if they would even make it to the ceremony on time. Many were forced to scramble for alternative transportation or pay out of pocket for Ubers. Multiple calls from my father, wedding coordinator, and guests went unanswered or left us on hold indefinitely. This complete failure to provide timely service led to guests arriving late to our ceremony, ruining the carefully planned schedule on one of the most important days of our lives.

As if that wasn’t enough, the return trip was equally disastrous. The shuttle was supposed to return to the venue and make multiple trips to bring guests back to the hotel. However, the shuttle arrived nearly an hour late, right before closing. By this point, we had a sick baby needing to get home, and the delay complicated our departure from the venue, as most guests were required to vacate by 10 PM.

For the amount of money we paid, we expected a stress-free and professional service. Instead, Unlimited Charters delivered chaos, miscommunication, and a complete lack of accountability. After numerous follow-up emails, phone calls, and messages left without a single response, we feel compelled to warn others of this company’s utter incompetence. If you value punctuality, professionalism, and reliability for your event, I sincerely hope you look elsewhere.

Here is additional proof that I was reassured more than once that the transportation would run smoothly, and yet, here we are.

1) The itinerary did NOT go to your spam folder; as you can see it was received by Craig in the screenshots attached.
2) Your records are absolutely incorrect. You never assigned a driver; that's why they were over an hour late. Furthermore, I NEVER received an email with the driver's information, because there was never one assigned.
3) I just love how even when you're telling me to reach out, it says "[your contact information]" with no information. I have called numerous times already with no response.

Ngl this company is terrible we ordered a bus atleast a month in advance for my little sisters birthday for 3 grand then come the day the bus is supposed to be here and they won’t answer the phone at all and then don’t even show up. So I fully recommend not using this company.

I had an excellent experience booking wedding bus transportation through Unlimited Charters. My wedding was last week in Yosemite National Park which requires a lot of logistics and planning. The drivers were professional, kind, and knowledgable. The buses were in great condition and exactly what I had booked/expected. Everything went according to plan and was timed perfectly. I appreciate their willingness to coordinate the timeline with my coordinator. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone with transportation needs.

This company is not registered with the Better Business Bureau. This company uses clauses in their contracts against public policy such as "I cannot sue and if I do I cannot collect any money"

I hired Unlimited Charters to provide transportation to and from my wedding. Ken provided the shuttle drivers with the wrong address for my wedding. When the shuttles were not showing up for the wedding, we tried calling Unlimited Charters multiple times and no one answered. When my Day of Coordinator finally got through, she was hung up on. Over 100 wedding guests were stranded for over an hour. My guests eventually had to pile into the back of trucks and drive themselves to the wedding. Ken did not take responsibility for his mistake and we had to take Unlimited Charters to court.

Edited in Response to Unlimited Charters: This was not over 2 years ago. The title of the contract was the wedding address itself. I provided an itinerary weeks before the wedding and had to call daily for weeks before I could receive a response to acknowledge it. I even created a section in the itinerary in bold titled, "Important Wedding Addresses." Yet the drivers were provided with an address nowhere to be found in any paper work. The job was never completed.

My dad rented a party bus from here for my birthday. The bus was totally amazing!! We were dancing and enjoying our personal party!! The driver was awesome. Thank you Unlimited Charters!!! It really made my birthday wonderful!!!

We hired unlimited charters for our wedding. They transported all of our large number of wedding guests multiple times safely and on time for our multiple events. They also navigated problems with vehicles independently, and I didn't even hear about it until after our wedding! We appreciated their help and would recommend them for any wedding transportation needed!

My driver was Avis, who was absolutely delightful. Unlimited Charters was a big part of a special evening and I will recommend them without hesitation!
