I found Martin through a Facebook group and am so glad I did. He takes a very non-prescriptive approach, starting with where you'd like to be, and offering guidance along the way to getting there. On our last meeting he read me back some of the notes from our first meeting and I was amazed by how far I had come and how much my perspective had grown. After being a bit of a non-starter comfortably stationary and a tad lost in Berlin for a couple years, Martin's coaching was truly instrumental in getting me out of this rut.
