Coach G is simply awesome and truly knows what he is doing!
When I started training with him, my initial goal was to establish a consistent workout routine and lose weight. However, he saw my potential and suggested signing up for a race to transform my fitness level and keep me motivated. It turned out to be a game-changer!
Coach Gilberto helped me with bike fitting and finding suitable supplements for my vegan diet. Throughout the training, he's been always there, checking in on my progress and adjusting the plan whenever needed.
I didn’t even think that I could race one day; I lacked the confidence. When I started, I didn’t even believe I could finish the race! Great dude. Super cool. Took time to look at my set up. Made multiple adjustments to several things just to dial it in right. Got a new post and shoes upon recommendation and he helped set me up for those as well. His old school methods are timeless and get the job done! Love riding on my new bike!

Gilberto is super knowledgeable, friendly and encouraging! Clearly passionate about the sport, he had a very professional focus on ‘let’s get you out there safely as fast as possible’ while giving clear and concise insight as to what you will need to plan for in long-term care/maintenance of your bike. He gave incredibly fair pricing on parts, competitive pricing on a tune-up, turned my bike around very quickly, and freely discussed alternative ways I can go about getting future parts on my budget. No pressure to go through him! He was very positive with me and my boyfriend (both of us novice trail riders), and suggested many places we can go to enjoy our skill-building. We are thrilled to have found such a valuable neighborhood resource! Thanks Gilberto!!
