I had USC for about 6 years when I was younger. Back then, it was awesome, I would literally get service up in the mountains where nobody else did. Now, not so much. I will be going down alcoa hwy and drop a call. The biggest thing though, make absolutely sure you ask about and understand their 120 day unlock policy and all the other terms and conditions before you sign up because that may or may not be disclosed to you. I got a new Z fold 6 with my bonus 2 months ago, but we switched to AT&T, and now it's literally a $2000 paperweight. I'd recommend AT&T instead now, they told us about their much more reasonable 60 day unlock policy before we signed anything. Plus their service is a lot better and our sales rep with them was a rock star.

Went into this store and stand there for two hours I will be discontinuing my service with this joke company these kids that work here are very disrespectful and flirt with peoples wife’s definitely watch out they had no intentions on helping me, but want to sit there and call my wife, gorgeous and beautiful but honestly makes me feel good. Thank you for that because you’ll never have a woman like that. Will be reporting this place to the better business bureau.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible customer service. 22 years with them and it's all about the money for them. Tell you it's your phone so you will buy another one and it's the service. New phone won't help. You walk in the store unless you are buying something they can't help you.

We had went to a US Cellular location closer to our house on Sunday. we told them we wanted to upgrade 2 phones. They put our name on a list and we waited for 2 hours just to find out they didn't even have the phone we wanted. Suggested I try calling the one on Kingston pike. Monday morning I called 3 different stores and none of them had the phone I wanted. Called the Alcoa location and talked to Vinny and he said they only had one but they could order the other one for me. Out of all 4 locations I dealt with this is the ONLY location that offered to order the phone we wanted. I went to this location and Omar helped me. He was very helpful and friendly. It didn't take long to get my upgraded phone working. He ordered the other one for me and it was delivered to our house the next day. It is just a shame that I had to drive 40 minutes to get good customer service. If you want good customer service I would suggest this location.

This company as a whole is the absolute worst. Not worth the money you spend. The service is terrible. It’s a nightmare getting help to get it fixed. The internet service is the ABSOLUTE WORST you could ever find. If you are considering this company then run from it. It is not accredited by the better business bureau for extremely obvious reasons. Take it from a highly dissatisfied customer. Once my contract is up I’m going to a major carrier and it can’t come soon enough.

Dont know how long these 4.5 stars customers had to wait but , Worst customer service experience Ever. PLAN ON WAITING because nobody will greet you. Nobody to ask questions, you just walk in, stand there with everybody else at the door. Dont know whos next. I waited an hour before they closed, waited ANOTHER hour after they locked the doors. STILL, never greeted, never told we will be with you in 3 hrs. NOTHIN. FINALLY! Got up there after waiting 2 hrs and was told by Austin i had to wait 4 more months for an upgrade!? Needless to say i wasnt going to make my wife and 2 young girls wait any longer. Get home and my wife calls 800 # and she said Monica from customer service said i WAS available as long as the screen wasnt broke and phone in good working order. If they had someone floating to answer questions, and greet and help with questions before hand, I wouldnt have wasted 2 hrs of time dealing with unprofessional employees that obviously need more training (customer service included) and wasting other customers time infront of them. So needless to say, i wasted 2 hrs of my time. And NOW have to make a 2nd trip to get the phone i want, in the color i want, at a BETTER STORE WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES.
