Stone Art did a phenomenal job for selecting, ordering, and delivering the head stone for my Mother. They readily met with us and everything was very orderly and quality. Being out of town, making arrangements quickly was important, and Stone Art met the challenge. I strongly recommend working with Stone Art; we worked with Cindy, and she was phenomenal. Additionally, the correspondence was impeccable; letting us approve the stone via email when it was ready, letting us know when the head stone was delivered, etc. Very satisfied customer.

Stone Art Memorial was so understanding during this difficult time. We tried to do the stone a couple months after our loss. Their advice was to wait, to give it time. They were right. They did a beautiful job trying to include all our ideas. I highly recommend them.

I am very grateful for the kindness and craftsmanship of this grave stone. I picked out the style and design of the top hat and angel i wanted. I couldn't have done this without the help of Stone Art employees. They were very friendly, kind hearted to my specials needs I was an out of towner and was coming to town for a family gathering, and asked them if they could please try too have it place in the Elma NY cemetery for my arrival when I came back to Buffalo NY. Also it was done! I was so happy to get the call from them too say they could do it, because they had so many other cemetery too work with.

I worked with Chris to design my dad’s footstone and I couldn’t recommend her enough. My sister passed in May 2023 and I took care of the arrangements. When I needed a grave marker I didn't think to go anywhere but Stone Art Memorial, and I am so glad I did. I was greeted with compassion and understanding and was helped through every step of the process. I was encouraged to take my time and Laura made some suggestions that were so helpful. There was also chocolate therapy available. Once I made my choice and placed the order, I was kept informed as to the progress of the stone and the approximate time frame. I was informed when it was ready and delivered to the cemetery. Everyone I encountered throughout this process was kind, compassionate and professional. They treated me and my family with respect, and I truly appreciated that.
