The cookies at Crumbl are undeniably delicious, but the service left something to be desired. They require you to order on a tablet, which can be inconvenient, especially if you have a coupon or need assistance. I found myself gesturing for help for quite some time before anyone noticed. When someone finally did come over, they were friendly and helpful.

Despite being the only customer, I had to wait 5-7 minutes for my order, which was visible but apparently not a priority. While everyone was nice and friendly, it seems they aren't trained to prioritize customer service effectively.

Additionally, Crumbl is quite expensive, making it a place I would only visit once or twice a year. Overall, while the cookies are worth the occasional visit, the service experience could use some improvement.

Crumbl is always fun and I enjoy trying all the different flavors. Most of the time the cookies are pretty good, although I always find the chocolate-base cookies lacking. My favorite is probably the caramel corn cookie which I wouldn’t have expected. Love anything peanut butter chocolate or lemon as well. Don’t go often but it’s fun once in a while when they’ve got good flavors

I love the idea of what Crumbl is doing putting out new cookies each week. My sister and I look forward to Sunday night when new flavors are released. We text each other whether or not we will go each week.

I have learned to always check my order visually before leaving the store to make sure it’s correct and looks as I expect based on marketing. Riverton is the closest to me, but I have also visited Traverse Mountain and Spanish Fork.

I often ask the cashier which is their favorite and I have rarely found a cashier who has tried any of the cookies. I find that to be odd. They should be tasting what they’re selling, in my opinion.

Overall, I can usually find at least one cookie I like on various weeks. I bring home a box, put a knife in it and our family shares sections of all the cookies.

My favorites have been anything chocolate mint, s’more, peanut butter, Graham cracker bottom with whatever on top, lemon, watermelon, pancake and many more. It’s a fun idea.

I still check Crumbl’s new cookies each week, but they change so much without any repeats of my favorites that I haven’t been in a while. I’m always waiting for something I liked previously and it never seems to come. Also, I prefer toppings to be closer to the edge so I get more of it in each bite, but it’s usually mostly in the center. It feels a bit cheap to me.

We come to this crumble in particular because we live close and we love the staff that works here. They are fantastic and they always smile and give us everything we want and mini free cookies, psych we pay for.

Great idea for sending gifts!! Fast delivery! Whether it’s a new baby, surgery, thinking of you, just because or I’m sorry…..Who doesn’t love delicious fresh cookies! They also freeze well so you can enjoy them now or later! Packaging is darling and stickers are a great way to personalize it!! I use different locations all the time!! Thoughtful, fast, easy and sooooo yummy!!

I wish they would have the better than sex cookie more often. Too many cookies with m&ms or PB. We need new, better. The mint cookie was so good and so was the strawberry cake a couple weeks ago. Idk. Just more variety.

Best big box cookie I’ve ever had, so close to the homemade taste. The smell inside is so amazing. The price is $3 each, which seems much for a cookie. However they’re a big size and really delicious. They’re served warm out of the oven. There’s usually a line, but it moves fast. I wish the inside was larger or utilized more for sitting and talking. It’s more of order and leave. You need to try it, you won’t be disappointed.
