So I took an 'Emotional Intelligence' course instructed by Dr. Mindi Anderson. She is certainly an expert in the subject matter she presented and she has the personality to keep the interest/attention of anyone from 2nd grade to company CEO's. We had all levels of superiors/subordinates in the audience and she made it easy for everyone to speak their mind, without looking over their shoulder to see if they offended anyone (in our easily offended world)! Dr. Anderson did an awesome job presenting, providing clarification and examples, and answering questions that were brought to the floor. She took questions from all over the auditorium and provided answers that allowed us all to learn and walk away with tools to better ourselves and to be individuals that look to meet our individual values based goals!
