I had a foot surgery more than 20 years ago that was never properly rehabbed. Mark is not only a trainer but so much more. He is not just trying to get you trained but also help you get healthy over all. They have classes for all age groups and his classes for teen boys is a life saver for those of us with long distance learning teenagers! Highly recommend you check them out!

I had a great session with Dean at Inner Athletika for a foot problem. Dean took a video of my normal walking gate and explained how my problem was mainly caused by poor posture and my walking improperly. He gave me therapy and direction on how to correct this. I can already see a big difference.
