This company is associated with JD Byrider and can careless how their company is treating their customers. Customers are being taken advantage of. Customers that purchase vehicles are hoping to correct their credit and hoping for a decent vehicle. But that’s not the case. The vehicles are going out needing new engines after only 2 years. My horn, air bags, and key fob stopped working after they applied the new engine last year. Now I’m without a car for over 2 months. The car needing another engine and the service department is holding me accountable for the repairs to the horn air bags and key fob. I’m told by the accountant representative Amanda, to call the service department. Well the service department in Maumee Ohio. Lacey, the service manager refuses to call her customers back. As if she has no care in the world. Who cares what the customer is going through. So JD Byrider doesn’t care about their customers. Obviously, this company behaves in the same manner as their business partners. Totally heartless!
