PMI advertised my property, found applicants, screened them and took care of the contract and handover process. After 4 years with a previous tenant the property needed lots of different work done from multiple contractors and PMI got the work done quickly and at a reasonable price (for contractors :). Update as of Sep 3rd, 2024: A week after my house was inspected, I received a notice of a rent increase. However, I have yet to receive any updates on the pending maintenance tasks.

Today, Mike came in for the annual house inspection. He arrived on time and was very respectful. The inspection process was fast and easy. Mike took all the necessary pictures and asked questions about different areas of the house, ensuring everything was covered.
