Highly recommend Trojan Professional Services. We've used their insurance plan database plugin with Eaglesoft for years and years, have never been dissapointed. They have the most extensive database of payors avaialble that we have seen, more than any other vendor. Integration with Eaglesoft is seamless.

I love Trojan Professional Services and consider it a vital part of our front office. When a patient calls, we can look up information on their plan and know about it before they even come in and this is vital information. Patients are impressed when I can answer questions about their plan or find out details of their plan so quickly. I love having Trojan. It saves us a lot of time to have the patient's benefit breakdown so easily accessible. It's also very useful when a patient doesn't know their insurance information. I have noticed plans have been taking a little longer to be sent but besides that it's great. We also use their collection services and have never had an issue.

Trojan makes navigating the confusing world of insurance plans a breeze! At a glance you can see frequencies, coverage levels, maximums and deductibles, and certain procedures that will have a downgrade applied. Once in a while we have a patient that doesn't know which dental insurance company provides their coverage, with Trojan I can just type in who their employer is and find a list of insurance plans they provide. Highly recommend their services!

Trojan Professional Services is an unbelievable value to our office because "time is money" and Trojan continues to save us a lot of time! Often, our patients have no idea who their dental insurance carrier is, let alone the specifics of their plan. Trojan takes all of the leg work off of our staff's shoulders by contacting the insurance carriers and researching our patients' benefits for us. Then, we are able to show off concise summaries of dental plans to our patients, generated with only a few clicks of the mouse in our software system, and we look like the rockstars! The excellent follow-through exhibited by our account manager, Penny, is also an added value. She keeps us informed every step of the way when it comes to our patients' benefits, which in turn allows us to keep them educated in regard to their dental insurance plan. Above all, Trojan adds value to our practice by allowing us to educate our insured patients throughout the course of their treatment and working with Trojan is always an enjoyable experience.

I am not lying when I say Trojan Benefit Service's is truly a benefit to this practice. I'd be lost without it! It has freed me of countless hours on the phone with insurance companies and their machines. A new patient shows up and I immediately have all their companies information and insurance uploaded in seconds. If by chance, it has not been entered in the Trojan database, (which is rare), I simply fax or email my request for it to be added. Working with Trojan for 17 years, I have nothing but great things to say. Customer service is impeccable and phones are always answered by a human. They're on top of it!
