If I could give more stars, I would. Strack was so wonderful. My group of 23 flew into Ontario and required bus transportation from Ontario to The Westin in Anaheim and back. There were multiple large events going on in the greater Anaheim area and Strack was able to find us a nice bus and two great drivers. The drivers were personable, hospitable and above all, safe. The booking process was awesome. I was booking for a school group and Strack held our reservation, even though the school red tape held up their payment. I am so thankful to Strack and especially to Shannon, for their professionalism and patience throughout the booking process. I especially appreciated the communication on the actual travel days. I received multiple emails concerning arrival of bus, transport of the group and job completion. The drivers also communicated with me very well. Again, if I could give more than 5 stars, I would do so. I wish Strack was able to transport my groups in other locations. Thanks so much Strack, for doing an awesome job.

Constantly parks a motor coach in the bike lane of the highway forcing me to dodge traffic to go around. I have spoken with them 4 times now and they have yet to contact me back or resolve the issue.

The charter bus trip was fantastic from beginning to end. Scheduling was easy and even a few last minute changes didn't throw anything off. Nick, our driver was excellent and a pleasure to work with. All of our friends and family loved the bus and how clean everything was. If I ever do another big event, I would definitely book Strack again.

Strack provided excellent service from the booking to the completion of our transportation with good communications throughout. We had made some changes to our booking a couple of days before our trip and the changes were immediately made without any problem.

The day of our engagement, our chauffeur, Ms. Claudia, texted us that she was enroute to our location. Then, upon her arrival, she texted us where to find her parked bus. Claudia was able to maneuver our 56 passenger bus into some tight quarters. Although our guest caused some delays in our departure, she was able to get us safely and timely to our destination and return.

The only issue we had was with the bus' PA system. It would not work consistently so we had to make our verbal announcements loudly/naturally without the aid of a microphone. Otherwise, the bus was very nice, clean and comfortable and the service was excellent.
