Ich durfte in diesem Jahr an mehreren Workshops von Mehrsicht AG zur Führungskräfteentwicklung teilnehmen.

Die ganztägigen Workshops waren absolut top! Sehr spannend aufgebaut, mit vielen praxisnahen Beispielen.
Die Theorie und die Modelle wurden nicht nur verständlich, sondern auch richtig lebendig und kurzweilig präsentiert und dadurch greifbar gemacht.

Besonders beeindruckt hat mich der Mix aus theoretischen Inputs, praktischen Übungen und den Diskussionsrunden in kleinen Gruppen. Diese Kombination ermöglichte nicht nur ein tiefes Verständnis der Themen, sondern auch den Austausch mit anderen Führungskräften.

Flurina und Lucien waren super kompetent, offen, freundlich und haben mit ihrem Humor für eine lockere Stimmung gesorgt. Sie sind jederzeit auf die Anliegen der Teilnehmenden eingegangen und haben individuelle Fragen direkt aufgegriffen.

Ein besonderes Highlight waren die sogenannten "Toolbox-Karten", auf denen die wichtigsten Modelle und Theorien festgehalten sind.
