Very unorganized traffic control! Picture taken at 7:02am. There was no oncoming traffic yet the traffic controller held the stop for 8 minutes. The oncoming traffic controller wasn’t even ready with the stop sign. I crossed this intersection several times during that day and found the same thing happening. Very poor traffic control leading to long waiting period!

Horrible place to work there's little to no notice of when you are required to be at a job they don't even give out a Christmas card at the holidays. They are a very greedy company often working employees double shifts then refusing to pay overtime and trying to profit at the expence of the employees. Safety of the employees is over looked for profit as well and they don't stand behind the employee on safety matters. I was sent out to do a freeway lane closure on foot next to 70 mph traffic. When I asked about getting a cone truck and doing it the right way, I was told that a cone truck and basically my safety was a waste of money.

Been here for 9 years and counting and don't have any complaints. Not knowing where you will be the next day is part of the job. Clients call in all the time wanting Traffic Control setup for the next day.
