Incredible property management by Wendi Hilton! She is so prompt, thoughtful, courteous and thorough! Anytime we have needed help with something regarding our apartment, application, maintenance, information, ect. She has been extremely personable kind and helpful!

I have had a fantastic experience working specifically with my onsite manager Mariah Mendez at PMI, I cannot speak for any of the other properties but the one I was a tenant of was a wonderfully managed. From the moment I moved in, she had been incredibly professional, responsive, and proactive in addressing any concerns I had. Mariah always goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and I truly appreciate her attention to detail. Whether it's routine maintenance, timely communication, or ensuring the property is well-kept, she consistently exceeds expectations. It's rare to find a property manager who cares so much about the residents wellbeing, and I’m grateful for all she had done to make my living experience a positive one. Highly recommend this company if you are going to be working with Mariah!

The one star comment made by Amy Mills is 100% true. The bad reviews were overlooked in hopes of finding a new home. But unfortunately, the staff they are hiring are completely unprofessional. The property manager Gary tried hitting on me talking about how he was in the military and he’s such a great guy, had even brought up how big it was especially in front of my children is so completely unprofessional. I’ve visited this place a year ago, and I was harassed by someone there because I had children. I thought with a new property manager things would be different. He is utterly disgusting and definitely has short man syndrome. Stay away from this place!

When I was looking for a new spot preferably down stairs the regional manager never mentioned month to month payments and said they only had upstairs units open. I was in urgent need to move locations so I think he could tell I was desperate to move in thats why he said that he also said only 1 year lease was available now I'm stuck in an upstairs with my child and the people on the property are always mad nobody ever says hi or smiles its so uncomfortable living here I cant wait until my lease is over seriously! The tension between everyone makes you not even want to be home . I hate it here !

This company is horrible! Do not rent from them. Stay away. Communication is terrible. There is never anyone property.
Nothing is ever fixed when it is reported.
Thank goodness I am done with them and have moved.

People making reviews good are employees who work for this horrible company just seen my old manager " wendi in the reviews legit encourage me to move out after 2 months and management was just so racist and wouldn't handle complaints correctly. Currently working on suing management because they are just so unprofessional

Unfortunately my stay with this company has been a nightmare since I first moved in , I been renting for company 5+ years they decided to make me move out by threatening me with 3 days notices . This company doesn’t communicate good with tenants all the way from managers to the people in office

I was a tenant here for many years, and was very blessed to have amazing landlord, who made me feel like a priority with any concerns or maintenance requests. I was always able to have direct contact with their corporate office if I needed, and the move in and move out process Seamless.
