I am extremely grateful I went to Daija for my taxes. I did not have the best experience with previous companies I've worked with so I was referred to her and she's amazing. Very personable, has great customer service, and follows up consistently. I'm so happy I went to her because I know I can trust her with my financial information and she explains it in a way that's easy to understand, especially since I'm horrible with numbers. I will definitely continue to go to Daija as well as refer my colleagues to her. Thank you for everything.

Awesome service!! Daija Marie is very knowledgeable and competent on doing taxes, being going to her for numerous years she does my daughters taxes for her specials needs trust never had a problem, every year it’s filed on time, great staff and very friendly!!!

Incompetent, Unprofessional, Idiot. If you want your taxes screwed up go here. I Went to file my personal and business taxes here on April 4th, told Daija Marie it was my first time filing my small business taxes which is why I sought her Tax & CPA Services. I gave her all of the documents she requested and was told that my taxes would be filed and I would get a phone call from her as soon as she heard from IRS regarding my filing. Two weeks later, I didn't hear anything from her office so I called, a few times to get an update, no one answered. Then today April 26, 2018 I receive a notice from the California Dept. of Taxation Dated April 18th threatening to cancel my seller's permit because my 2017 taxes were never filed. I immediately called Daijia Marie's office, she actually answered. I explained to her the notice I received and asked what was going on with my taxes. She said my taxes were never filed, asked me if I wanted her to file them now. I was in shock and speechless bc nearly a month ago I drove about 30 miles from Barstow to her office in Apple Valley to file my taxes. Now I'm facing penalties for not filing my taxes and possible cancellation of my seller's permit all bc this lady is an idiot. I blame myself because my intuitive signs were buzzing as soon as I got to this place, letting me know these tax/ CPA services were incompetent, inexperienced and unprofessional begining from the dirty shotty sign that kinda hangs above the office, her empty and dark office among other things. But I gave her the benefit of the doubt because I think its important to support small businesses, especially those that are women owned. I was soo wrong but it'll never happen again, next time Ill just got to H&R Block.
