I have worked with Lisa twice: once to buy a home and another time to sell a home. In both capacities, Lisa was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She is a great listener and made sure she understood what I wanted. She helped me through all phases of the home buying and selling processes and was patient when I asked questions or didn’t understand something. I would definitely work with her again and highly recommend her!

My name is Matt Foster and I wanted to give testimony on my experience working with Lisa Ladanyi. I relocated from Texas to California July of 2022, however, my working relationship with Lisa actually goes back a few years. I was unsure of when I would be moving here and wanted information on the housing market. Lisa was very receptive and willing to send me homes that came available. We selected Lisa as our realtor and it was probably the best choice that we made. She had a fantastic personality and seemed firm and knowledgeable about the current housing market. She assisted us in the selling and purchase of a new home. In many situations we thought the sale and purchase of our home was going to fall through due to wavering contingencies and plans. My husband and I have been traveling the country trying to find our home, and since we have kids at HSU, we’ve spent a good amount of time looking in the area. I have to say hands-down that Lisa has been the friendliest real estate agent we have come across! We recently purchased a new home. We live out of town and started working with a local agent through the internet. Lisa Ladanyi was amazing right out of the gate. Before we ever arrived into down, she set us up on her digital site to see all of the properties available in the local area. We were able to easily highlight the ones that interested us. When we flew into town, she focused all of her attention on showing us what we had highlighted, as well as similar properties. Additionally, she was a great resource in what sells and what rents in the local area. We were looking for a safe property for our two daughters to attend the local university. With Lisa’s help, we found the perfect place and the perfect lender. We closed in less than 30 days. Even after we closed on the property, Lisa continued to support us until the girls arrived three months later. We could not have been 1/2 as successful without Lisa, she even helped us find a handyman and a landscaper to help prepare the property for our daughters arrival. We cannot say enough about Lisa and the Better Homes and Garden team. We will do business with them again in the future!
