We recently closed on a home in Prescott Valley and Traci Ranic with Frontier Financial of Arizona arranged the financing. Her name was given to us by a builder in the area that refers many of their clients to her.
From the being the experience was pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. We had a lot of questions regarding what financing options were available and Traci never failed to repond promptly to our emails, text messages and calls. We would contact her often to get an update on the ever changing interest rates and other specific questions and she was always very patient and provided a detailed answer. We made several offers on homes before finding the right one at the right price. She worked great with Darren Marker at CMA Realty to swiftly provide the documents he needed to write up our offer, even after hours and on weekends. Once our offer was accepted, Traci worked with all parties in the transaction so well that we really had almost nothing to do but sign the loan documents.
This purchase was clearly the smoothest process we have ever experienced when buying a home.
