Slow responses and poor communications . When you ask him to contact you he too busy and rude. The front desk never seems to know who’s calling. Definitely wouldn’t recognize .

Not only is he the MOST well-versed in any strange thing I can throw at him, in any industry, he is also the most wonderful human. Always willing to take the time & educate myself & my clients...so we can have sound financials come tax season. I couldn't recommend him enough. A friend of mine recently utilized Mr. Lessard's services for her taxes, and she said she was very pleased with the experience. I filed my taxes on Monday as it was the deadline for filing after receiving an extension, and I was unhappy with what I owed the IRS. I was unsure that I had correctly filed my taxes, so I contacted Mr. Lessard this morning via email to ask him to review my return in case I needed to file an amendment. He responded very promptly, asked me to send a copy of the return I filed, and quickly reviewed it. Sadly, he indicated that the numbers appeared to be correct, and gave me detailed information about the tax rate that I was paying. He did encourage me to up my withholding to minimize the pain next year. What impressed me the most was that he was extremely prompt, knowledgeable, and provided some excellent advice regarding my future taxes, all without charging me a dime for the review! I'll definitely be giving him my business come tax time next year!
