The wolf team is second to none, constant communication, quick resolution times and incredibly insightful information make working with wolf a breeze. Wolf Consulting has an excellent business model - one overall fee, and pretty much all of your IT management needs are met. On the whole, their employees are diligent, knowledgeable and friendly. In addition they have some real rock stars in the front line client-contact positions. These guys make submitting a service ticket something pretty close to fun. I'd highly recommend them.
