I’ve been a tenant with HA Edwards almost 8 years and I love renting from them. They treat me like family and look out for me just like family. My apartment is truly my safe haven and I’m glad I made the choice to lease with them. Anything I have going on that I need help with they always help me promptly and repair most everything the same day as I call. I LOVED LIVING HERE! my boyfriend, myself, and my dog lived at Bryant Drive Apartments for 2 years and loved every second! The management team is amazing at communicating any needs or issues you may have as well as the rockstar maintenance team that always comes to save the day whenever you need them. The location is perfect and close to campus without being to in the middle of things. Overall this was the best college apartment i have lived in and highly highly recommend the space for anyone or any couple looking.

H.A. Edwards staff was great to work with to get our son a clean, safe place after a failed attempt. This was one stressed momma and OLIVIA was an angel! She was knowledgeable of the available rentals and very honest. Communication was great through the approval, lease agreement and move in. My son loves his new place and we are at peace. DO NOT EVER! I REPEAT EVER! rent from H.A. Edwards. (Every single review on their website is written by AI by the way) DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY!!! They will screw you, upon screw you, upon screw you!!! They lie about every single unit you look at. They have one nice unit set up at every apartment that’s completely updated and renovated, but every single other unit is completely and utterly disgusting. H.A. Edwards’s does not care about the well being of their tenants they just want money. You can call them, email them, put in work orders all you want, they either will simply not show up to do the job, or will show up and do a half-assed job. It’s honestly just embarrassing the way this company handles themselves. I’ve been living here for 3 years, and asked them to come fix multiple things as soon as I moved in and these problems still haven’t been addressed. It’s actually pathetic. Spend the extra 1,000 dollars it’s definitely worth it.

Second time renting a place by myself and I must say the experience has been night and day. Instead of someone trying to sell me everything they can like before, this time I have been talking to people who give it to me straight. Still in the rental process, but so far service has been amazing! Especially talking with Abby S. All the information provided is crystal clear. She has been extremely helpful in making this experience hassle-free! Very kind and knowledgeable.

I was looking for a company to management my property (house). I called and spoke with someone, and this person came out to my house to looked at it. This said person was very impressed and said my property looked good and was well taken care of. I don't want to mention said person's name, but I definitely have the receipts in my email where I had been communicating with said person. Long story short, after this person emailed me the Owner Information Sheet, I filled it out and sent it back to them. About 3 days later I decided to follow up. I left voicemails, called, texted, and emailed them. It's been about 7-weeks now and I still have not heard anything back from them. They ghosted me! I'm a straight shooter, if H. A. Edwards did not want to manage my property, just tell me. I'm disappointed in them. I read so many good reviews about this company. I wish I had good things to say but I don't.

I would just like to thank the HAEdwards crew, for not only being crazy helpful throughout the leasing process for a OSS but being professional as well. I was so relieved to walk into our DS apartment, after having never seen it in person before, and find it not only spotless but very well maintained. I highly recommend this company for any future BAMA Students looking for a good apartment at a good price. ROLL TIDE!
