Great branch! My family and I have been banking here for over 8 years, and they always take great care of us. I can't say enough great things about the staff. They not only provide great customer service, but I can always count on their honesty even when I make mistakes! They're simply the best.

We got a car loan through this branch. Every payment was made on time down to the last payment. We moved and switched and missed the deadline for the FINAL payment. After calling online banking for three days and never getting through, I called the branch to ask for the late fee to be credited and the branch manager refused. We made the final payment and now vow to never be Avadian customers again. We hope that 14.00 late fee was worth losing two great customers. Very poor customer service!

The Teller Becky was very rude and nasty for know reason! It seemed like she was having a bad day. She was snotty and condescending! She rolled her eyes at me while I was in line before she said "NEXT"! That was just one teller the others may be nice. Don't expect a warm greeting at this bank. My family will not be using this bank!

Never try to get loan from this place. I applied 7 days ago with great credit, they never even called I have had to call them 4 times and never even received a call back. I finally showed up to the bank and they still do not have an answer and no way to call and find out if my credit check has even been done.
UNPROFESSIONAL AND BAD MANAGEMENT.
