Wal helped my partner and myself going through a tough time and needing to talk I reached out after my partner was struggling with addiction and going through recovery. Wal was very supportive and recognised I also needed some tools to help me recognise and support emotions and feelings I at the time dealing with what felt like the worst time in my life. The turmoil is hard when supporting those close through addiction and it takes it toll but with support guidance advice and the right tools life has changed and things have gone from strength to strength am thankful to each and every person who supported his journey for my partner, myself and my family as we are reaping the rewards after so long in a dark place. Honestly, thank you for all the support keep doing amazing things for people who need it but also most importantly who want to change Xxxx

The arty Buddha was recommended to me and I am so glad I contacted wal. After years of suffering with my anxiety and mental health I had finally found someone who could not only understand my suffering but could finally help me turn it around by retraining my brain and giving me the tools I needed to feel like a new person. My sessions with wal were a massive part of me turning my life into what I had always wanted and much more. I was finally in control of MY life. I finally found myself which made not only me a happier person but also my children. Wal is the kindest most gentle soul I have ever met and he is a genius. I would definitely recommend people to take a look and u will not be disappointed. I cannot thank him enough.

Wal this is Jimmy posting (I can't seem to change my YouTube name for this review).
I met with Wal for a 14 week course of treatment. I started the course with a mix of negative feelings about myself and my life with a couple of specific issues. I was amazed to find that I felt reassured about the treatment even from my first meeting. I hadn't been expecting that but Wal gives you confidence that he really can help and almost from the start I felt my feelings lift a little. Each subsequent meeting has reinforced all the good vibes I had from the beginning. I have a lot to thank Wal for as I near the end of my course becauseI can see the changes in myself and know that if I keep doing all that Wal has suggested I will continue to feel stronger and better in myself.

I spoke to Wal regarding help for a friend and at the end of our conversation he offered to help me. I'm very glad that he did as I'm not a person who would reach out for help, even after being told to go to bereavement counselling by a Dr, I couldnt make the first step. I was struggling with grief and was blocking it out. At my first meeting with Wal he instantly pointed out my anger was a problem just from watching and listening to me talking. He was right! I have struggled to manage my anger for years. I trusted him after my first session so I was able to speak and open up which is another thing I don't usually do. He makes you look at things from a different perspective, he is very easy to talk to and is always there at the other end of the phone if you need to talk. I have noticed in a few sessions how much calmer I am by not letting anger ruin my day. I feel so much better in such a short space of time and I'm looking forward to to continuing to work with Wal so I can be the best version of myself. Wal is a lovely person with a big heart who genuinely cares and is passionate about helping people. Would highly recommend Wal to anyone looking for support.

What can I say. Wal is a truly remarkable person who’s 100% focus is totally on his clients well being and making sure they leave feeling on top of the world. The way he speaks and interacts is something else. Any negativity I have ever had he has ripped out of me with ease and brakes it all down with such calmness and wonderful way, making me feel at ease throughout. The Arty Buddha way is nothing like I have experienced before. Highly highly recommend this to anyone, i couldnt thank him enough for the time and effort put in for me.

The Arty Buddha is absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend him. We got on instantly and from the first free consultation he had me thinking differently about my life and taking more positive action. Unfortunately we only had two sessions as I came to realise I need more intense therapy to deal with childhood trauma, but the fact I was able to identify that after two sessions speaks wonders. When I told him he reacted incredibly kindly and understood completely. We're even planning to have my partner take up sessions with Wal as soon as is financially viable because we know for a fact he works wonders! A genuine caring person who just wants to help others, you definitely can't go wrong with his service.

Wal is an amazing man with coaching qualities that are second to none. I've known him for about a year now and during this time he's used his skills and experience within the field of addiction recovery to help me turn my life around. He's truly the only person throughout many years of seeing counsellors and experiencing addiction recovery services, who has been able to really see inside me and drill down to the root of the problem, in order for me to start fixing things.
