I am a new resident in Fort Payne. I decided to have my taxes done by Reed’s Taxes CPA. They were EXCELLENT!
The clerk at the front desk was friendly and the CPA himself finished my tax return on the same day that I dropped off my information! EXCELLENT SERVICE!
Oops I made an error: this firm that I went to is located on Gault Avenue in Fort Payne.

Had our taxes done over a month ago and or taxes are still processing. We decided to use Reed's for the first time this year and we are definitely paying for it. We have called her twice and can't get a clear answer she got tired of us calling and gave us a 1800 number to call that you can't even call and get a answer. We will not be back.

I, personally, highly recommend Curt. We’ve used them for a few years now and he’s treated us amazing. I love the level of service we have received. Don’t bother with H&R Block or other chain tax places. This is the place to go.

Appointment time not kept, made one week in advance. Last time we used them the money was to be sent direct deposit but we got it very late through the mail. Would not recommend.
