BABBS ENGINEERING ARE SCAMMERS, BEWARE.
Babbs was hired to do perk testing for a septic tank. Their report came claimed that our soil was not suitable and that we would need to pay $25,000 for a septic tank system. Another company came out and said we have great soil for a much cheaper system and the county came out and conveyed the same thing. I e-mailed Mr. and Mrs. Babbs and left multiple messages to no avail. Finally nearly a month ago I got Mr. Babbs on the phone. He assured me that he would be sending me a $500 refund because of the huge discrepancy between his report and the other company. I have since left more messages and texts, but have yet to hear back from him or receive the refund.

Huge lack of integrity. Would not recommend. Cannot speak to the level of service they provide, because we did not end up using them for our perc test. Contracted them to perform a perc test for us but canceled because someone else was able to do it sooner, however, we had already paid for the service. We requested a refund from them, and after over a month of waiting and inquiring five different times regarding the check that was supposed to be mailed, we still have not received a refund. Ended up having to file a dispute with our credit card company to get our money back.

Would give zero stars if it were an option. Paid monies for a service. Never received services and terminated the contract before 30 days. Ignored any and all communication to get out of reimbursement. Using manipulation tactics to attempt to intimidate. Completely and extremely unprofessional, GHETTO and RATCHET!!!
