I have been doing business with DAPCPA for almost 30 years now. I was one of the original clients of the firm and have watched it grow from a modest 3 person operation to now a multi business, multi-state firm. I can't say enough about this firm and have recommended many friends and business associates over the years. The advice and path he has put not only myself, but numerous companies that I am involved with, has lead to immense success over the years. I don’t leave by reviews, but this is just making me mad. My husband has been doing business with you guys for years now and never had a problem. Come this year, we’ve had nothing but problems! Took for every to get an appointment set up and they would only talk to my husband to get it scheduled. Then when we’ve called after tax season they said they filled for an extension without telling us before hand. That was back at the beginning of May. It’s now July and I’ve called several times to get a status update and I just get the same message saying they are working on it. Or I never get a call back. Then I call sayin we need our paperwork cause we no longer want to use them and again I’m told it’ll take some time to get the paperwork together.
Look I get it, you guys are busy but have no communication with your clients for months it ridiculous!

Mister Jackson inc owner. Please take care of your business… I was working with one of your CPA to file my taxes last year. I gave her all the information she needed to file my taxes properly and should had been done by February since I was giving my info all the way back from November. I even called and gave curtesy emails to remind them of the tax file deadline. What I ended up doing was picking up the same documents I had sent to her. They were not even filed anywhere and this was a few days before the deadline in April 18th so probably three days before it was due I ended up filing my own taxes with TurboTax. Yes I did all the leg work, and I did my own taxes with TurboTax legal advice, not you, not your company. This is actually the worst experience I have ever had and what happened today? I got an invoice for $750 and this is just plain ridiculous, not only because you guys didn’t do anything besides stressing me out but also because are you billing customers you don’t even know you didn’t do anything for them? How do you keep records? And also I have never been charged this much for taxes, specially for stress services rendered. I say it again “your company did nothing for me” so I should not get billed. And please take me completely off from any records you still have. This personal information is delicate.

The worst company ever, they charge you for every little thing that they do, even for a 5 minute call. It's ridiculous, a hundred dollars for less than a five minute call, just to ask a simple question.These people are all about money, not the people

DAPCPA Pope & Jackson is the best! Great people who do an amazing job. They have been helpful in everyway possible. I like it, that I can call outside tax season if I have any tax questions. I will continue to use them for a long time to come. Thank you Jonath A. Jackson.

Very confusing operation. They automatically file an extension on everyone. I turned it my tax packet the end of February and didn't get my return back until the second week of May, past the April 15th deadline. I'm finding someone else
