I have used MoneyPenny and S&N Financial for about 6 years now, and they have been and continue to be a reliable and crucial part of my business operations. So much so that when I left a partnership to start my own tax and accounting firm, I re-engaged them so I could continue to work with them. Penny is very responsive and the team in Chennai is wonderful. They are great and following a process, prioritizing, and getting the job done. I use them primarily for monthly bookkeeping services, as well as clean up, annual, and "catch-up" bookkeeping. I create a solid set of instructions with specific instructions for each client, and turn them loose. They provide valuable insight each month to the going's on, pointing out issues or discrepancies that I bring to my client's attention if I can't resolve on my end. I also will use them for one-off projects, like getting data from statements to Excel, or other accounting related projects, and it is super helpful. Even with COVID stay at home orders here and abroad, I never noticed any issues with turnaround time. Super happy client!
