Mark did all the things that excellent realtors do, but then went above and beyond that. I hired Mark on a referral from friends of a friend. I couldn't have landed on a better realtor. When things fell apart, Mark immediately picked up the pieces and put everything back together again. I'm a single dad with two little ones. Several issues with the house arose that were outside of anyone's control. Mark stepped up and spent many hours of hard labor fixing things that went wrong, all while being kind and patient enough to let my little ones "help". I've never known another realtor to be so generous or work so hard to help a client.

Mark is a kind soul, patient, diligent, and hardworking. He is ethical and always operates with utmost integrity. I cannot say enough to express my gratitude toward him, and highly recommend Mark Puett for selling or buying your new house. If you are looking for a realtor that knows his business, Mark is your man. Several years ago we quickly planned a move from Arkansas to Wyoming. I was given a referral from a mortgage lender out of Arizona that had never met Mark, but had done business with him by phone. I hit the jackpot. He kept in contact very well. He had an excellent group of homes to show us, in the snow lol, in February when we got here. We probably looked at 20 different properties. Several that were in other towns that I had found online. I feel like we got a real good deal considering the market.
A couple of years later we relocated (quickly again). Mark helped us get our house ready and it sold in about three weeks, and made a nice profit.
Circumstances changed this past summer and we needed a place near Cheyenne again. We had to get a house that was nowhere near ready to sell, ready fast so we could buy a place Mark found for us. He handled everything on selling the first house. He handled everything on the new purchase. He grew up here and it shows. He took care of us like family. I’m glad to say I love my home. I wouldn’t be here without Mark Puett. He even made all this stuff fun. I don’t work for Remax or Mark. I’m not related to him. He is simply THE BEST!

Mark was fantastic to work with. He gave sound advice, met with us when needed and kept in touch throughout. Mark found several people to do work needed before our house went on the market and they were paid with proceeds from the sale. We had many, many showings (Mark even came by each time to kennel our two dogs) and we accepted an offer within two weeks. A great house selling experience!
