This real estate company/landlord is by far the WORST I've ever encountered. If I could give negative stars, I would. The home we moved into was in appalling condition before we even stepped foot into the house- but I was 8 months pregnant and we were desperate for a place to live, so we hoped that they would take care of these issues before baby arrived. Reeking carpets with unsightly stains, cracked windows that wouldn't close, a bathtub that refused to drain, a kitchen infested with termites, and rats in the garage. Despite repeatedly voicing our concerns, begging them to shampoo or repair the carpets the MOMENT we moved in, and begging them to repair the already broken and cracked windows, etc. With a baby on the way it was a very urgent matter- but our concerns were ignored until we persisted. (But never fixed the nasty carpets- we couldn’t even use the other 2 bedrooms because they were THAT bad.) The moment our 6 month lease was up, we immediately got out and moved in with my mother until we found a place to live. Upon moving out, they utilized our deposit, and shockingly attempted to charge us an additional $4K, despite the damages NOT being our fault, and they knew that. They claimed our dogs did all the damage, but our dogs did NOT step foot into that house because of the newborn baby- EVER. Not once. They solely stayed in the garage and in the backyard. I documented the state of the property before and after our tenancy, but apparently, their lease prohibits tenants from taking pictures – a highly suspicious clause. I also have texts proving each and every concern we had, with dates and times showing that it was in that condition BEFORE WE MOVED IN. We left the place in better condition than when we arrived. Needless to say, I will NEVER consider renting from them again- and I do not recommend to anyone else. BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY- THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

We have rented through Forefront for over 5 years now and every person on their staff has been absolutely amazing to deal with. They have been kind, attentive and helpful. They made the process of moving from AL to WY over 5 years ago seamless and stress free along with our renewals over the years.

Worst renting experience of my live. Before i had even moved in I discussed with jessica that I needed a fence for my dogs. I mentioned that she can discuss my terms with the homeowners and get back to me. Right then and there she said word for word "yes, the homeowners will approve a fenced for you." after moving in and signing the lease she informed me that the homeowners have decided not to build a fence and instead allocate their money to different projects. Like a fool I trusted them and did not have this verbal contract put into black and white. And inturn screwing me and my dogs. From the beginning jessica, an employee at forefrontrealtors. Tried to over charge me from the advertised price as well as over charging my ledger by overlapping the dates. Not just once or twice but many times throughout my lease. I even brought this to the attention of jessica. Whom did nothing about it untill i asked for the original bills from rocky mountain power and the town of barnun water. Then she had all of a sudden found all the discrepancies in the ledger. The first day i was to move in they either forgot or flat out did not re-key the locks. Forcing me to use the same keys as the last tenet and then charged me a outrageous key fee upon move out. When l moved in, the house it was a mess. Drywall patches everywhere trim flopping around. All of the blinds were broken. Just a total pit. My favorite part was the broken glass and garbage throughout the yard. I had told them about this problem and even wrote down the dangerous hazards but they wouldn't even acknowledge these substantial problems. Throughout December and January they would turn my power and water off constantly. This stress caused me a have a seizure. I am a brain cancer survivor. I don't know why they kept doing this but I believe its because they are either racist, prejudice, or just stright up odious. In the middle of my lease they decided to evict me stating that the homeowners just dont want to rent to me anymore violating the lease and the law. Unfortunately i do not have the resources to fight this in court. Now, i am reasonably sure that this retaliation because I would not let them or the off the street electrician the homeowners hired, into my home with me being present. They lost my trust from their negligence and terrible business ethics. To futher explain my evection. I recived a texted by the secretary, at 8 o'clock at night. The secretary informed me that i had less then 12 hours untill their electrician would separate the electricity between me and my neighbor. I informed the secretary that in my lease I am to be given 24 hour notice. That way I can make preparations. I was met with hostility and threats. The next morning I personally called the home owner to set up a proper time that works for all parties. I even took time off of work to meet their electrician. Whom didnt show up and instead called and told me he just isn't going to fulfill his duties for the day. I tried to set up another time and in his word "some people want to relax after work" and I should call him later in the week. This unprofessional nonsense caused me not to call him at all. A week and a half later I get a text from jesica, asking me to call the unprofessional electrician and set up a time. Basically she was asking me to do her job. I responded that I don't trust forefrontrealtors employees or the people that the homeowners hire to go into my home without me being present. I go on to say that I am off of work at 430pm , Monday through Friday and I have the weekends off. Once you and your (team) figure it out please let me know 24 hours ahead of time. When I got home that day I found a letter stating that I am to vacate the property within 30 days. To me the is text book retaliation and in my opinion this company represents theft, law breaking and unprofessionalism at finest. I look forward to the responses from forefrontrealtors upon reading this review. I have no doubt they will be truthful...(sarcasm)

Lisa was truly a blessing in our home buying process. She was extremely knowledgeable about the Casper area and became familiar with our style and the type of house we were looking for very quickly. We ran into a few snags during the transaction and Lisa guided us through them effortlessly. At the end of the day we were able to negotiate a great price on what was as close to a dream house in our book as was available. I cannot say enough good and highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a realtor.

My husband and I worked with Tammy at Forefront and she was amazing to deal with. She showed us nearly 40 houses and even crossed some off of my list before we viewed them because she listed to us and knew it was not what we were looking for.

She stayed working late and answered my texts and emails at odd hours to make sure we were happy. It has been nearly a year since Tammy helped us to find our home and she still checks in on us periodically to make sure we are still happy with our home and have had no issues.

I recommend everyone I know and people that I don't to Forefront. If you want help finding home and don't want to deal with a pushy salesman, if you want someone who puts your needs first and listens to even your crazy ideas, then give Forefront a call. They definitely go the extra mile to guarantee that their clients are happy and within their budget.
