Kimberly Mackey understands the ins and outs of homebuilding on both the Sales and Operations sides better than any other consultant I have worked with. Most consultants have one focus and it is up to you to try to figure out how to make their piece fit into your business. Others are only high-level, big-picture experts who don't want to spend the time or focus to get down in the trenches with you to identify and resolve the real issues holding your business back. That's the situation we found ourselves in and luckily we found Kimberly. My only regret is not calling her sooner.
