I had purchased another annuity 6 years before I attended a dinner seminar with Leo Irizarri a year ago. His helpful advice to avoid fees with his annuity product prompted me to look into the annuity I had, to learn that I was paying a 1.25% rider fee to get the 5.5% step up each year. Leo’s product had the same 5.5% step up without any fee and a large bonus added to my withdrawal amount at inception. One year later I’m taking a healthy distribution for life.

Needless to say, I’m so grateful to Leo, who also happens to be a good guy and who even offered to review the investments of my previous annuity as well as the annuity I purchased from him.

He is a true professional who is thorough and makes the process easy.

Attended a seminar hosted by Leo. I was monitarily devastated by the 2008 market crash. I lost over 40%. The plan put forward by Leo was safe, so I invested. Leo is very personable, knows his stuff, and takes an interest in me and my issues. He has made solid choices on my behalf, I'm completely satisfied. Very unprofessional. I received by mail an invitation for an
"educational workshop" about strategies for long retirement. It offers a complimentary meal in a restaurant in my neighborhood with the option of bringing 3 more guests. I did reserved with 2 other attendees. Today, a day before the meeting, a lady called me, who is just confirming the attendance, no identifying the company, started asking me about my finances, especifically "if I have 100.000 thousand dollars in CD's, 401K, Etc, since I do not disclosed my information and wanted to request the same information for the other 2 attendees, she said "I AM NOT QUALIFY TO ATTEND"...very scary!!!

What right they have to use my physical address and send an invitation? to send a unknown person to ask for my affairs on the phone, person that I do know if really is representing a legit company? Asking me to disclose where I do have, whatever I have? Is it not the reason to offer a "educational" workshop?
That workshop is very helpful and meritorious...BUT...real intend?

Whoever you are MAKE SURE I WON'T GET ANOTHER OF YOUR ADVERTISEMENT IN MY MAIL. VERY FISHY TO ME. I WILL TAKE ACTION IF HAPPENS!!!
