I reached out to inquire about grief counseling. Initially Mary Joye was kind and asking questions. She told me, she would not be accepting insurance any longer. Which based on her reviews would have been fine. Ms. Joye, then stated she was too busy to take any additional clients, as the insurance paperwork was too much due to her upcoming retirement in 2 or so years. She was a little brash, began rushing the conversation and made me feel worse for even contacting her. What a great to treat someone seeking assistance!!!
